ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE
Please read the following terms and conditions as these terms of use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between “you,” the customer, and USHoseCo.com (“US Hose & Coupling”) regarding your use of the Site and/or the services provided by US Hose & Coupling which include but not limited to aggregation of industry news, technological analysis, industrial specifications or availability of various types of content through the Site or any mobile or internet connected device or otherwise (“the Services”).
You also represent that you are an individual and not a corporation.
RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES TO TERMS
US Hose & Coupling reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms. Please check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site or Services after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes. In addition, when using any particular services, you may be subject to any posted guidelines, rules, product requirements or sometimes additional terms applicable to such services. All such guidelines, rules, product requirements or sometimes additional terms are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms.
Your access or use of the Site or Services shall mean that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the Terms.
By accessing or using any Website or Services you also represent that you have the legal authority as per applicable law (including but not limited to age requirement) to accept the Terms on behalf of yourself and/or any other person you represent in connection with your use of the Site or Services. If you do not agree to the Terms, you are not authorized to use the Site or Services.
USER GUIDELINES
As a condition of use, you agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by US Hose & Coupling. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to use the Services:
-To abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate any person;
-To post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any Content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, political, abusive, offensive, profane, or that infringes any copyright or other right of any person;
-To communicate with US Hose & Coupling representatives or other users in an abusive or offensive manner;
-For any purpose (including posting, reviewing, or viewing Content) that is not permitted under the laws of the jurisdiction where you use the Services;
-To post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any Communication designed or intended to obtain password, account, or private information from any US Hose & Coupling user;
-To create or transmit unwanted ‘spam’ to any person on any URL;
-To create multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional coupons or other discounts, to create assumed banter between users, or to otherwise attempt to cheat the system in their favor;
-To post copyrighted Content that does not belong to you, unless you are commenting on Visual Content in Blogs, where you may post such Content subject to providing appropriate attribution to the copyright owner and a link to the source of the Content;
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
US Hose & Coupling is the sole owner of the Site contents (intellectual and otherwise), logos and other visual media. We have either created this property and is therefore protected by copyright laws, or we have obtained permission for its use.
GOVERNING LAW
By using any US Hose & Coupling, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of Ohio, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and US Hose & Coupling.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
All sales are final. Seller warrants that Goods manufactured by Seller and supplied hereunder and which not subject to Specifications will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use and service for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment in the case of bulk products and pre-built assemblies. Custom assemblies have a 15 day (from date customer receives shipment) Satisfaction Guarantee (SEE RETURNS AND REFUNDS). Seller warrants that Goods manufactured by Seller and supplied hereunder and which are subject to Specifications will conform to the Specifications at the time of shipment, but only to the extent Buyer has provided the Specifications to Seller prior to shipment and Seller has accepted such Specifications in writing.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSED APPLICATION AND ANY SERVICES PERFORMED OR PROVIDED BY THE LICENSED APPLICATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND LICENSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE LICENSED APPLICATION AND ANY SERVICES, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF ACCURACY, AND OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY LICENSOR OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY, SHOULD THE LICENSED APPLICATION OR SERVICES PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTIONS, SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON APPLICABLE STATUTORY RIGHTS OF A CONSUMER, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
ACCOUNTS AND TERMINATION
Creation of an account with US Hose & Coupling may be necessary to access certain Services (like tax exemption, re-orders and comments) and would be required to be logged in to do so. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (password and username) and for limiting access to your account. By accepting these Terms, you agree to do so.
US Hose & Coupling reserves the right to refuse sales, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use US Hose & Coupling Services, remove and/or edit posted content in connection with your account, or cancel orders in its sole discretion. Accounts found in violation of USER GUIDELINES will be terminated.

PAYMENT TERMS
All billing, shipping and registration information provided by you must be accurate, complete and correct. Submitting inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect information constitutes a breach of the Terms. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the items, products and/or Services that you have requested.
If you wish to purchase Products or Services described on the Site, you will be asked to supply certain information applicable to your purchase, including, without limitation, credit card and other information. Your account may provide you a location to store your information and allow you to make future purchases without re-entering information. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you and any users of your account and your credit card (or other applicable payment options) at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes relating to your business.
We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover for online and in-person Credit Card payments. Customers are beholden to Card Issuer’s Terms.
In addition, Cut and Couple also offers online payment through these third party platforms: Apple Pay, and PayPal. Customers are beholden to Third Party Payment Mechanism’s Terms.
Upon approval, certain customers will be allowed to use our NET30 invoicing program, where you commit to payment-in-full within 30 days of invoice being generated. CASH is an acceptable form of payment for in-person pickup orders at our sales counter only.

SHIPPING POLICIES
US Hose & Coupling utilizes UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, Freight (LTL), and Freight Collect. Not all services are offered online. If you would like to employ a different shipping method than what is available to you through the Site, please contact customer service at 1-800-344-0150. US Hose & Coupling ships domestically to all 50 States and U.S. Territories as well as Internationally.
Handling time from when an order is received by US Hose & Coupling to when US Hose & Coupling hands the order off to the Carrier for shipment is typically less than 2 business days. While transit times will vary based on customer location, time and weekday of order, and shipment method, typically our orders take 2 business days from carrier pick-up to delivery. “Business Days” are considered to be Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are NOT included in shipping days. Orders that consist of “in-stock” and “non-assembled” products will typically be handled on the same day as the order was placed, so long as the order was placed before 3PM EST.
US Hose & Coupling will NOT ship to P.O. boxes. Orders must be shipped to a physical address.
US Hose & Coupling will provide the customer with a Tracking Number on their invoice.

CANCELLING OF SALES
US Hose & Coupling reserves the right to cancel any order if product pricing or makeup is incorrect or misleading. In such a case, the customer will be contacted in a timely fashion either via email or phone to discuss the cancellation of order and how to resolve the situation. Receiving an order acknowledgment via email does not guarantee the acceptance of an order.
USER-GENERATED CONTENT
As part of your use of the Site, you may be able to provide comments, feedback, reviews, text and ideas; send messages to US Hose & Coupling and other users of the Site; post media, such as photos and videos; and submit other forms of content (collectively, “Content”) to the Site. You agree that Content may be viewed by the general public and you do not and shall not consider such Content to be private, proprietary or confidential. You grant US Hose & Coupling and its affiliates, licensees and sublicensees, without any compensation of any kind to you or others, a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to copy, adapt, create derivative works of, reproduce, incorporate, distribute, modify, publicly display and otherwise use in any way such Content in any format or media (“Content License”). You may not revoke Content for any reason at any time. You agree that any Content you submit may appear on sites other than the site through which you submitted your Content, e.g., Content submitted to USHoseCo.com may appear on the website of an entity affiliated with US Hose & Coupling. You waive, release and agree not to assert any and all moral rights that you may have in any Content submitted by you to the Site. You agree that US Hose & Coupling may use submitted Content in any manner that US Hose & Coupling deems appropriate or necessary in its sole discretion. US Hose & Coupling and its affiliates reserve the right to edit, modify, abridge or otherwise change any Content you or others submit in their sole discretion.
You agree that you will not use a false or misleading email address, impersonate another person or entity, or otherwise mislead with respect to the origin of any Content you submit, including, without limitation, comments and feedback you submit to the Site. You agree that US Hose & Coupling is not responsible for any Content that you submit to the Site.
By submitting any Content to the Site, you warrant and represent that you have the right to use such Content and have the right to permit US Hose & Coupling and its affiliates, licensees and sublicensees to use such Content in accordance with the terms of the Content License. You agree not to submit any Content that is owned by someone other than you. You agree not to submit any Content that contains the name, image, likeness or voice of anyone other than yourself without first obtaining permission to submit such Content and to grant the Content License to US Hose & Coupling.
US Hose & Coupling does not guarantee that Content you or others submit will be posted to the Site or become publicly available. US Hose & Coupling reserves the right to remove any Content from the Site without notice and inUS Hose & Coupling’s sole discretion; however, you acknowledge and agree that US Hose & Coupling is under no obligation to you to police, monitor or remove Content and US Hose & Coupling makes no guarantee with respect to the completeness, accuracy, integrity or quality of Content submitted to the Site.
