Return / Refund Policy


Thank you for choosing for your purchase.  We aim to make our customer experience the best it can be and we back that up with our return policies.  While we strive to put out quality products on a consistent basis, we also know mistakes can happen.  To make your return as easy as possible, we offer free return shipping on certain items covered by a limited warranty.

US Hose & Coupling has a 15 day satisfaction guarantee.  If you have found there to be an error on our part and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just contact us within 15 days from when you receive your product and we will begin working towards resolving your issue by way of refund or an agreed upon replacement.  We DO NOT accept return of assemblies and cut lengths due to customer error.  Please keep your proof of purchase.


If you have found US Hose & Coupling to be responsible for errors with your order, contact customer service at 1-800-344-0150 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and to discuss either a replacement or refund.  Any product you return must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, preferably in the original packaging as well.  There will be a 25% restocking fee on bulk products.

Please bring your returnable items to your local UPS store or call 1-800-742-6877 to schedule a pick-up, or drop off in-person at either of our Dayton, OH or Kennesaw, GA locations (see directions HERE).  US Hose & Coupling will pay for return shipping when we are at fault, otherwise the customer is responsible for return shipping payment.

Upon receiving your return, the item(s) will be inspected and you will be notified of your return status.


If the inspected item(s) are unused and either incorrectly assembled, damaged or otherwise defective due to US Hose & Coupling’s doing, a refund or replacement will be immediately issued.

If a refund is agreed upon, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending upon your card issuer’s policies. US Hose & Coupling will NOT issue a refund of the Credit Card Processing Fee (current fee is 4% as of 03/22/2023).
