KEY CONSIDERATIONS FOR OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE
- APPLICATION: Preventing leakage is a critical factor in data center uptime and both our corrugated metal hose and stainless steel braided teflon are tested in-house to ensure integrity under pressure. These assemblies are currently used in both direct-to-chip and rear-door heat exchanger systems (compressor and pump connections, heat exchanger connections, air blowers) for cooling high-density server racks.
- RATING & TESTING: Our cooling hoses meet the strict safety and material standards required by data centers and our assemblies exhibit peak performance while enduring mechanical stress, temperature fluctuations and glycol-based coolants, all under continuous operating conditions.
- SAFETY & PERFORMANCE: Metal hoses are non-combustible and durable, making them ideal for long-term installations where maintaining uptime is essential. Whereas Teflon assemblies are preferred for their chemical inertness, flexibility, and resistance to permeation.

ON-SITE COOLING SYSTEMS
Advanced cooling systems are used to avoid equipment damage by maintaining target temperature and humidity levels. Overheating eventually leads to circuit melt, causing loose connections and safety hazards. By circulating coolant between chillers, pumps, heat exchangers and cooling towers, temperature can be more easily controlled. High humidity levels impede cooling by causing dust to adhere to heat sink walls and fan blades, leading to even higher temperatures.
