The Flexopak 2 100R16 is a compact-double wire braid hydraulic hose for high pressure service. A work-horse in areas with tight bends, Flexopak 2 can handle petroleum based hydraulic fluids, water/glycol blends, water and fire-resistant hydraulic fluids, hot oil, grease, lubricants, crude oil, fuel oils, air and water. Excellent impulse performance, exceeding 1,000,000 cycles when tested with appropriate couplings. For air or gas application above 250 PSI (1.7 Mpa) the cover should be pin-pricked.
Tube: Black synthetic rubber
Cover: Black synthetic rubber (weather, oil, fuel, ozone, & excellent abrasion resistance)
Reinforcement: Two high tensile steel wire braids, separated by a layer of synthetic rubber
Temperature Range: -º40F to 212ºF (-40ºC to 100ºC)
